We have the facilities to produce digital mapping from film/diapositives,
scanned film or true digital photography. Our new Rollei camera
system provides digital imagery for softcopy plotting that will
produce mapping to the highest accuracies. This camera system
is particularly useful in urban mapping due to minimal building
overthrow. The focal length of the Schnieder lens used with
the Rollei camera equates to a 450mm lens on a traditional 9”
x 9” aerial camera, minimising the amount of ground truthing
normally necessary due to building overthrow.
Original
mapping, revision of existing mapping, provision of heights,
terrain models or contours are all part of the mapping service
